I'm a trauma-focused somatic therapist and advanced certified TRE® provider in Austin specializing in highly sensitive (HSP) and neurodivergent adults navigating cPTSD.
I help people address the root causes of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, relationship struggles, and trauma. Through body-based integrative practices, we explore how your body created these patterns and gently resolve what made them necessary so you can move forward with greater ease.

How somatic therapy works:
Traditional therapy works from the top down through thinking and understanding. Somatic therapy works through the subconscious layers of your body and nervous system where the actual patterns are stored.
We help your body feel safe to release old protective responses. When we address the reason the symptoms were created, your body and nervous system often stops needing them for protection. From there you can begin to choose and integrate new or different ways of being that feel more authentic and true to you and your needs.
This is healing you can literally feel in your body and relationships. This is healing at the root and supports lasting transformation and overall wellbeing.
