I specialize in integrative and somatic trauma care for adults who experience the world with depth and intensity, including many who identify as highly sensitive or neurodivergent. For over eleven years, I have worked with people whose systems feel everything deeply and who are ready to become more resourced, resilient, and able to thrive.
As a highly sensitive and neurodivergent person myself, I understand what it means to carry this sensory gift. I offer a therapeutic space that honors your nervous system’s inherent and lived wisdom, as well as its natural capacity to unwind, reorganize, and restore itself.
Our work integrates thoughtful talk therapy with body based and nervous system focused approaches. We make space for reflection, meaning making, and understanding your experiences, while also working directly with what is held below conscious thought. By combining conversation with somatic care, we support your body in creating new pathways that feel more sustainable and aligned for you, your relationships, and your life.

Early experiences of emotional abuse or neglect can shape how you relate to yourself and others. If this feels familiar, we can explore how these patterns show up in your relationships, daily life, and sense of self. Together, we use somatic approaches to address what needs attention at its roots while integrating conversation to make meaning, reflect, and understand your experiences. Sessions support both your nervous system and your inner experience, helping you build safety, resilience, and choice.
You know your sensitivity and how it shows up in your life - in your relationships, in how you care for yourself, in what your body carries. This kind of therapy helps create conditions where your nervous system can find sustainable balance. Together, we'll explore what's present for you and what you're ready to explore or shift, starting exactly where you are. Sessions integrate conversation and nervous system approaches to support reflection, understanding, and lasting regulation.
If you're noticing chronic tension or stress and irritability in your jaw, shoulders, back, or showing up as sleep difficulties, persistent headaches, or a nervous system that won't settle, TRE® might be helpful. TRE® activates your body's natural tremor mechanism to release what's being held, allowing your system to begin experiencing a deep relaxation response. These sessions focus on the body's process and the natural release of tension rather than ongoing conversation.

We'll look at what your nervous system needs to hold these experiences and how to bring what emerged into your life in meaningful ways.
