I'm Andrea -- a licensed therapist and Advanced Certified TRE® Provider with 13 years of experience. I also know these patterns from the inside. That personal reckoning shaped everything about how I work alongside and collaborate with you.
I lean away from pathology and diagnosis unless it empowers. Our work is body-centered and guided by what matters most to you -- moving through the body, nervous system, and lived experience to the root of what's affecting you.
Many of the people I work with have experienced early life emotional neglect and are ready to reclaim their power -- and meet themselves in a new way.
